The city of Heath is located in Rockwall County and Kaufman County, Texas. The population of the city was 6,921 at the 2010 census, up from 4,149 at the 2000 census. Heath has a population of 2,108 residents. While the city was a rural area, the city experienced rapid growth after the 1950s.
